Members of Milan’s Sri Lankan community recently took part in an intercultural event at the Church of Scientology, centred on peaceful coexistence, youth participation and common values. The meeting highlighted an intercultural values event in Milan, using the common-sense moral code written by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard as a basis for discussion.

Community representatives, families and young people reflected on the importance of respect, honesty, responsibility and peaceful coexistence in daily life. According to Ivan Arjona, the Church of Scientology’s representative to European and international institutions, events of this kind reflect the importance of civic cooperation and mutual respect.
